TUNEHUB

Copyright & takedown

TuneHub respects the rights of artists and copyright owners. Users may only upload and share music they own or have permission to use. If you believe something shared on TuneHub infringes your copyright, tell us and we'll remove it promptly.

Report infringing content

In the app: open the song or playlist, tap ⋮ → Report → Copyright infringement.

By email: send a notice to bracecoderofficial@gmail.com with:

  1. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  2. The TuneHub content: the song or playlist name and the name of the user who shared it (a screenshot helps).
  3. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review notices quickly and remove or disable access to the content when it's appropriate, and we let the user who shared it know. Accounts of repeat infringers are closed.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake (for example you own the rights or have a licence), email us with the content that was removed, why you believe it was removed in error, your contact details and your signature. We may restore it if the claim wasn't valid.
