TUNEHUB

Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TuneHub apps and service, run by Muthukumaran M. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use TuneHub. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Sign-ins are confirmed with a code sent to your email.

2. Your music and other content

TuneHub stores the songs, covers, lyrics and playlists you upload so you can play them on your devices. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and play it for you, and โ€” only if you choose to share it โ€” to show it to other TuneHub users.

Only upload music you own or have the right to use. By uploading, you confirm that you do.

3. Sharing to Discover

Songs and playlists are private unless you share them. When you share something to Discover, everyone on TuneHub can see and play it. Only share music you own or have permission to share publicly (for example your own recordings, or music with a licence that allows it). Commercial recordings you bought or downloaded are for your own listening, not for sharing.

4. What's not allowed

5. Reports, moderation and blocking

You can report shared songs, playlists and people from inside the app, and block people so you no longer see what they share. We review reports and may remove or hide content, or suspend accounts, that break these terms. Copyright owners can also use our copyright process. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Plans and payments

Paid storage plans bought in the Android app are sold through Google Play and follow Google Play's billing and refund terms. You can cancel a subscription in Google Play at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. If a plan ends, you can't upload more than your free storage allows.

Storage over the free limit: if you're on the free plan and store more than its limit (for example after a paid plan or bonus storage ends), we email you a reminder with a link to download your songs straight away and every 15 days after. If you're still over the limit after 40 days, we permanently delete your most recently uploaded songs until your library fits within the limit. Upgrading, deleting songs or earning bonus storage before then keeps everything. See Storage over your plan's limit in our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app (My Space โ†’ Delete account) or on the delete account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. The service

We work to keep TuneHub running and your files safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of music that matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
